Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HisaabPOS (the "Service"), provided by Urwa Technologies ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its data, or other users' accounts.
You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
You will not upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Urwa Technologies a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of Customer Data.

5. Intellectual Property

HisaabPOS, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Data), is the property of Urwa Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time, with or without notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urwa Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urwa Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Urwa Technologies is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted within the Service, and continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
